These cookies are light as air, crispy and delicious, and not overly sweet. You can feel good about the organic, healthy ingredients like egg whites and almonds. Perfect paired with a good tea, and not to calorific. Can't wait to try other cookies from this company!
Not only are they beautiful, imprinted with customized messages, but they are incredibly light and VERY delicious! My new go-to for special birthday and holiday gifts! They are also mailed with care.

Their original cookie is just crunchy enough and then proceeds to melt in your mouth. I briefly dunk mine in my tea- delish!
